I have a REDLINE intercooler for sale, use for 5 months, condition is ok only slight bend at the bottom, 100% no air leak as i do boost leak test very2 often 
- from 200hp to 400hp
- Working Pressure : 10-40PSI
- Pressure Drop : 1.5-2.5psi @ 35psi ; 0.1 - 0.3psi @15psi
- core size is 550X230X65 and overall size is 700X230X65
- inlet outlet size is 2inch
- comes with 2 ASR silicone hose 2.5inch reducer to 2inch
- been using on Evo 4 engine, very2 nice
- about the bend, no worries as the air flowing passage was not affected, only the bottom plate.
