proton waja aircond problem....please help

dear all,

please help me clarify this problem.

my waja aircond have these problem below:-
1. outside odour ( exhaust gas from lorry infront and etc) go inside the cabin.
- what to check?
2. the temperature controller not working.
- remark: i have change to evo dashboard.

please let me know good workshop that i can go in Shah Alam area doing the job if i am lazy to do DIY.

actually i think both are related....since u have changed the dashboard, go back to the installer and check on the temp control switch whether is connected or not. then the fresh/circulating air vent, the latch is fitted properly or not...

i am not sure which evo dashboard u changed too..some are electronic controlled then u need to seek wiremen help...any workshop will do coz it does not need any technical expert to do..simple workmanship bout rm20 to rm30 only if just to clip it or connect it....juz my 2cents.

btw, i am using the evo dashboard with a manual toggle for the aircond temp.
i am sorry but the waja was already modified when i bought it.

i am curious, when we change the dashboard, usually the waja aircond system at the cabin would be retain as the original one right? i mean the blower and etc inside the cabin.

need to check with da instaler bro...its normal on conversion this happen done by %^$$^ foreman ..

that's the thing, i bought the car from used car.
don't know who is the installer.
but did any 1 ever encounter this problem.
i just wan to use this forum to clarify this problem before going to any workshop and got tipu.
