Port & Polished Head

hi, don't they have any ported n polished ready intake manifold for sale??? another question though, any other intake manifold from higher end series of engine compatible with our 4g9x??? that's another way 2 work around......

if i have the dough, would have gone for 4 throttle with independent controller eg motec haltec bla bla......

Well, it is better to use a customised one... othere than that, the outlet for the intake may not fit 4G9x

Mivec's one is slightly smaller

im mech here...4g93p twim cam...rm 1700 with setting but not dyno...port and polish,workmanship,gasket(org)...
i hav mitshubishi original metal gasket 0.5 and 0.75mm....but if i do ur car,im not recommand to use it.cause its too high compressor for mitshubishi car~!
u can test my car....

I started this post because I wanted more information on PnP and most importantly TRUST WORTHY WORKSHOPS!!!!

Just wanna share what i know...also to let every1 know that expensive doesnt means good, as we, humans make mistakes...mechanics are also humans rite?Carent if u r interested in PnP i can bring u over to my mechanic place to ask, just give me a call ya!

I think that the following will be the standard work done :-

Port and Polish inlet
Port and Polish outlet (Exhaust)
Valve grinding
Valve seal replacing
replacement of all the gaskets
head gasket replacement (in form of kit)

Additional work done (usually hav to pay extra)
Custom profiling of valves
Multi angle valve seat cutting
Chamber balancing

Most of the workshops around does not offer parts replacement for the internal items (such as valve guide)

Can anyone tell me what sortof internal parts will we have to look out for?
