Nismo meter cluster.. Mileage reset?

Hi guys got a question.. When you change your meter cluster to the nismo 320km version does the mileage automatically reset? Heard it from a friend when i went to check out a car for sale...the mileage seemed to be...

DIY personal protection gadget

one thing I've thought of is the stun gun. too much crime these days. well, just for self protection purpose.

knewing it's ilegal to sell or own a proper stun gun, maybe the voltage is too high (100k - 600k volts)...
