Guys I am pissed and got to release it somewhere, so pls hear me out.

Date: Yesterday
Time: 6 pm
Area: Lebuhraya Bukit Jalil, heading towards TPM just after the traffic lights

I was stopped by a police r/block because my front number plate fell off, i
didnt notice it at all.
The conversation between me and the policeman:

Me: Ye Encik, ada ape?
Him: Bagi lesen
Me: Ape kesalahan saya encik? (While reaching 4 my wallet to take out my
license)
Him: Bagi lesen nanti aku bagi tau (Voice getting high)
Me: Apa salah saya? ( Hannding him my license)
Him: Aku cakap bagi lesen dulu (Voice getting even higher)
Him: Takde no plate(While writing saman)
Me: Yang mana satu (Got out of the car and he showed my front plate gone)
Me: Alamak, mintak maaf laa encik saya betul2 tak perasan. Bila patah pun
pun saya tak sedar. Mintak maaf laa
Him: Itu awak punya pasal. Sign sini (Voice getting very kurang ajar and
handed me the saman)
Me: Mintak no encik (Reffering to his badge number)
Him: APA KAU NAK UGUT AKU! KAU INGAT AKU TAKUT KAT KAU, DATO PUN AKU SAMAN.
KAU JANGAN INGAT AKU TAKUT KAT KAU. NO RUMAH AKU PUN AKU BOLEH BAGI. KAU
NAK ALAMAT RUMAH AKU KA....( SCREAMING)
Me: Saya tak nafi saya salah tapi apasal encik ckp biadap...(cannot finish
coz he keep on screaming...)
Him; NI KAMERA. AKU AMBIL GAMBAR KEERETA KAU. AKU ADA BUKTI. PEGI MAHKAMAH
MANA PUN AKU MENANG. NAK UGUT AKU. BLABLABLABLA ....( he took out his hp
and took my car pic. then another guy came over and asked wat happen)
Him: DIA NI NAK UGUT AKU. AMBIL NO AKU KONON..
his friend: CARI APA SALAH DIA LAGI, TAMBAH SAMAN ( He went round2 my car
but found nothing)
Me: Sudahlah encik mana surat tu saya nak sign dan saya nak balik.

So I sign the letter, took it and went off. So RUDE and biadap. So angry.

Date: Today
Time: 3 pm
Venue: About to enter Client`s office.

Reception: Can I have your ic or licence before you can proceed to 12th
floor.....

I reached for my wallet and to my horror my driv ing licence is not there..
checked every inch of the car and at home still havent found it. I`m sure
the bastard took it and never return to me yesterday.

Wat should i do?

dude...did u manage to get his number then? maybe u could actually lodge a report against him for takin away ur license... can try to go to the station and ask for the officer in charge tat day...i m sure they hav records of it...as i dun think it's appropriate to take away sum1's license like tat...even if he's an officer..

Anyway.. can try to find that duck ass in police station and ask him nicely if he got took you stuff... if he dint take thn you might lost somewhere else... But when the time you ask him if he answer you like...

hahahahahahhahaha.....your typical school dropout policeman. I would report a missing ID to the nearest police station and state the policemen's badge number as suspicion of retaining your ID.

That is why I always turn on my mobile phone's voice recorder if and when I get caught to record proof of misconduct.

1. Court will reject photo without film negative, hence photo taken by digital camera, camera phone can't be use in the Court. The officer trying to scared you (they are very good in this). However, in your case, no point to bring the case to court.

2. Take down his Nombor Badan (at his chest) and make report/complain later to PDRM/PRESS/MCA/DAP.

3. Sorry about your driving license, looks like you need to get a new replacement from JPJ. If your new IC hold your driving license info (up to date), you still can drive around with that IC, or else, stop driving until you get the replacement driving license.

4. You may try to request for the office ID No (Nombor Gaji or Nombor Badan) when you pay the fine ticket at the counter, the system shall capture it, get the ID and do what ever stated in No.2

5. Finally, do not forget to ask for discount for the compound.

Normally when i m caught in a block, i wont say anything but admit my wrong (if i m or if there is any)..either collect the summon or just $$ there itself.....

but it is beter u go out from the car when he stop u.....then u ask him wat salah n ask him show u...
