We have with us an Edition 1: AMG and after the hot cake A45 this is next on the list. The GLA45 AMG, its such a brutal, bad ass, monstrous looking machine. Here in with us today to get some "aerodynamic improvement" on the smoothness of the paint job.

In some cases the client's sent the car over to us. So, upon arrival, the only thing we did was let the car cool down.

As it was cooling down, we took the opportunity to walk around the car to check for obvious damages.

Just in case we forget, It is an Edition 1 but the owner decided that the decals were abit too lame for his liking hence he removed them.

The first thing we see was the usual dirt from rain that is very common for hatchback cars, the back is always dirty.
2015-10-24-10-43-11.jpg

and we mean, real dirty.

Popped the fuel door and it is still...

Correct, Dirty.

It may look white but just a slide of a finger will reveal how dirty is the car.
2015-10-24-10-42-53.jpg

We checked the paint for any visible swirls or damages. There was a minimal amount of damages.

But for the stains around the car, its unbearable. Chrome exhaust tips are dirty and oxidized.

Hence, we started with the regular wash. It was not enought, then we did another round of the regular wash.

After washing, we polished the exhaust tips. Left: Before and Right: After.

Before.

After. All thanks for Mother's Mag and Aluminum Polish.

Remember we said the owner removed the decal? Here's the aftermath.

We noticed some rust marks after we completed the wash. Most probably from brake particles.

So, we brought out the big guns, Iron X and Sonax Full Effect.
2015-10-24-13-39-58.jpg

Iron X and Sonax Full Effect couldn't do a full removal.
2015-10-24-13-40-14.jpg

So, we had to do it the manual way.

After claying the remaining stains. The paint is restored.

Since we had clay the car, it had done some micro marring all over the affected areas. Hence we did a polish to remove the marring as well.

Paint condition after all the treatments. Its ready.
