Story of Omni-Power USA

Omni-Power USA relies on over 10 years of race winning engine and chassis development to produce innovative and cutting edge products. Since our founder (Omniman) begins his career as a Mechanic/Engine builder our engine and chassis development has won over 80 races. Our knowledge comes from experience and techniques learned by working on Ferrari, Lamborghini, Lotus and Honda vehicles for over a decade. Omni-Power USA’s accomplishments include: back to back triple podium finishes in the Canadian Motorola Cup, a perfect season in All Motor drag racing and a perfect season in Showroom Stock.

Omni-Power products are developed in house from concept to working prototype. To produce the highest quality parts we search the globe for the best materials and the most advanced manufacturing technologies available. Each Omni-Power product goes through rigorous stages of quality control and testing to meet our standards.
 
Valve Springs – B Series

Recommended for mild to moderate street motors with a maximum of 9500 RPM. This valve spring combination was manufactured to produce less seat pressure than most aftermarket valve springs. Thus, reducing wear on the cam lobes. We recommend that you use Omni Power Titanium Retainers with this set up.

These are made out of forged Titanium providing incredible strength and a reduction in weight. When our retainers are used with our valve springs they feature a snap fit design, which keeps the spring and retainer rotating together. Thus, greatly reducing wear!
 
High Compression Valves – B Series

An excellent upgrade for people looking for added compression without sacrificing any reliability.

· Omni Power Intake Valves features SUH-11 material which is the same material used by Honda. The tips are designed to prevent mushrooming and the stems are cut for increased flow and reduced weight (Just like Type R).

· Omni Power Exhaust Valves are a two piece design just like OEM Honda. The upper stems are made out of SUH-11 and the heads are made out of NCF-751(Inconel) to withstand extreme temperatures.

· Our focus was to manufacture a product that not only performed well but could rival the reliability found in the OEM Honda products. We feel that we have achieved our goal and according to Brad at RLZ Engineering, these valves flow better than all high end valves he has tested.
 
Quicklutch Master Cylinder - Honda EK / DC2

Our Quicklutch master cylinder (QMC) was developed as a means to lower lap times on both the drag strip, road course and auto-cross. This unique performance part is a by product of our companies experience in design and innovation. The outer body is constructed of cast aluminum using modern OEM casting methods then precisely CNC carved. OEM rubber seals used on brake master cylinders are fitted to a specially designed piston and one way valve.

This results in a range of motion about 45% less that the stock pedal travel. Comparing our QMC to a stock clutch master cylinder, we use a 21mm piston which moves the same volume of fluid as the stock 15.8mm piston in a much shorter motion. This shorter motion results in faster shifting times as a direct result of having less clutch pedal travel to complete the gear change cycle. One would have to agree that in a typical road course if you make 15 up shifts each lap and each one reduces time by a very conservative measurable amount like .025 (1/4 of a tenth of a second) seconds. They will add up too a much larger gain over a period of time....15X.025= .375 seconds per lap. Add that too a 20 lap race and you get 7.5 seconds. How many of you have lost a road race by 5 seconds or less? probably quite a few.


Another issue that our QMC resolves is the installation of a short shifter. After you install a short shifter the synchronization and timing ratio from your hands too your feet will be off. You can't make one shorter with out the other and fully realize all the benefits. In many cases you wont see any gains by simply installing a short shifter alone. Some vehicles are grossly miss proportioned in stock form which results is high miss shift rates and awkward shifting methodes. Once you try the Omni-Power QMC you won’t want too drive without it.

Full Damping Adjustable Coilovers

This proprietary technology developed by Omni-Power is a system of components that works together symbiotically to create a unique blend of damping. Starting with Japanese SAE 1095 spring steel shim material that is carefully heat treated to achieve superior fatigue resistance. These shims are perfectly matched in thickness to each applications spring rates and suspension geometry, and then precisely preloaded on Omni-Power designed pistons. This allows the shock damping to respond to the slightest movement and provides smooth transitions from low speed to high speed.

We use Fina shock oil, with nearly unmatched operating temperature ranges and highly resistant to foam formation, that floats on an intermediate piston supported by high pressure nitrogen gas. This design provides ultra smooth low speed damping and aggressive high speed control with a smooth transition. We have tested many of these low priced shocks and found most of them do not even respond to each click of adjustment, have very lazy response to piston movement, and quickly fatigue. Some even need over 15+ clicks of adjustment to see a significant change on shock dynameters. These same low priced shocks also have barely any range of adjustment, which only adds to the consumers confusion. Most are deceptively marketed and come in bright colors to attract and mislead unknowledgeable consumers. The easiest way to explain the difference in Omni-Power Gen-3 full coilovers with Tilyte technology is their ability to perform consistently over a longer period of time and thousands of miles of abuse. Where as other suspensions quickly fatigue due to low quality materials and out dated production methods. Full Coilovers

When manufacturing a sophisticated suspension system there are many aspects that need to be considered to achieve extraordinary results. After exhausting efforts we feel that we have produced the ultimate coilover system.
We not only wanted a system that performed well on the track but also could be driven on the street. This is not as easy as it may seem, however we feel that we have achieved the perfect combination! Using many of the technologies found in Porsche 911 GT2/GT3 coilovers, we carefully configured bump and rebound settings for each specific application to produce optimum driving dynamics. We used spring (Street F=10K & R=8K) (Sport F=12K & R=10K) and damper rates that yield exceptional handling characteristics coupled with unsurpassed street drivability.

Our coilovers can be raised or lowered, up to 4”, from two separate positions which allows the user to raise or lower their vehicle without affecting spring preload or damper stroke length. We incorporated large 46mm pistons along with 20mm shafts which we found far superior to typical smaller piston/shaft coilovers. By using large 46mm pistons we were able to greatly reduce the stroke length, while still moving the same amount of fluid, resulting in unprecedented efficiency. All coilover systems include high grade aluminum pillow mounts further enhancing overall control. We used CNC Wound SAE 9254 Racing Springs which were found to be the longest lasting spring on the market that showed no tendencies to sag.

OMNI high performance camshafts offer the enthusiast increased horsepower and torque over the entire RPM range, through various designs and custom profiles.
All camshafts start off as raw castings sourced from OEM materials. Each is then manufactured using the latest design software and chill-casting technologies. All camshafts are CNC-ground to precise and exacting tolerances and specifications.
Currently we offer 2 different levels of performance through its Stage 1 and Stage 2 specification.

INTAKE: Duration 247’ @ 0.050” Lift 0.462”
EXHAUST: Duration 239’ @ 0.050” Lift 0.420”

The OMNI one-piece cast aluminum intake manifold will greatly improve your engine's overall flow characteristics compared to the factory unit.

By using the latest in casting technology, the overall weight of each unit is dramatically reduced which makes the OMNI intake manifold the lightest in the industry. Each application has been designed using a larger plenum and longer intake runners. Each is then tuned for peak power at high RPM.

OMNI intake manifolds are ideal for naturally-aspirated and forced induction applications. All factory sensors and throttle body may be utilized, while the recessed bolt holes make for a simpler installation.

Applications are currently available for Honda B16A, B16B, B18C5 and B18C1 GSR DOHC VTEC engines.

I am using Stock B18C-R Intake manifold. May i know ur big intake manifold can get better performance???
