OFF THE STREETS is back with its third installment which promises a variety of thrills and excitements for drifters and spectators alike!

Registration is to be done online and, like before will be limited to 32 participants for the full 40 mins or 4 runs, and 8 participants for the 20 mins or 2 runs session. Adding the total of 38 drifters . Any other registrations will be placed in the waiting list. To avoid a repeat of last event where those participated in the half session had to cut their runs to only 15 mins, we have decided to allocate them to the first half of the session .

Payments are to be made at The Extreme Park Café on Wednesday 6/4/2005 at 7.00pm to 9.30pm. Those failed to make their payments then will have their registration forfeited and will be replaced by those in the waiting list.

The Drifters will be grouped into 3 classes: Expert, Intermediate and Beginners to the organiser’s discretion.

On the day of the event: Friday 8/4/2005; All participating Drifters are to be at the car park by 6.00 pm for scrutineering and briefing as we will be starting the drifting session at 7.00pm sharp!! Anyone late might risk losing their run.

Keep a look out for a sub event organized by our very own Spacecowboy happening on that night!!!

We did mentioned this before on our last event that the Extreme Park management had numerous complaints coming from the patrons of the surrounding facilities during our first OFF THE STREETS EVENT ; They were mainly due to the lack of parking space and other complication caused by it. As a result, the management have decided to charge for parking during that night. They are going to be RM5 per car but it can be reimburse back for your food and bevarage in the restaurant and cafe.

In turn I would advice that all spectators to car pool this Friday or park at the Elephant Walk Parking space which is located between the Hospital and Hostel and take the walk way to Extreme park!! I fully recommend that as you might get yourself stuck in the traffic at the entrance to the park during the drift session.
