I heard that Penang there got people who can tune & install the Unichip... Isn't it true?

If yes, anyone know the location? Who can guide me the Penang road? because I always get lost in Penang.

I'm not going so soon, but will going after my car (4AGZTE) was finish.

Last time I do use the GPS to go in the Penang, but at Penang GPS always get me lost!
