what causes part throttle turbo surge?isit bad to the turbo?

Hi everybody,
I'm new here. I've just purchased a R32 GTR and I wonder where I can get those original parts. I'm thinking to "refurbish" the car and change the worn rubber parts such as doors/windows sealing strips...

I just flush my car this afternoon... but then the car "kong knog knog" like knocking sound in the engine...
