Need Help! 4 Proton Putra!!!

hi guys,

I have putra auto 1997
recently my car have this problem, the gear is not changing automaticly.
i have ask my foreman advise, he ask me to change gear oil & filter.
its ok now but the pick is dropping and the gear changing is quite slow.
When driving in the hills, i can see the diference the pick up is same as 1.3 cars.
last time b4 this problem occurs the speed n pick is good.
so i need suggestion?

P.S. My foreman advise me to change the gear sensor if the problem occurs. So is it a right thing to do. Plez advise.TQ

bro,

as u said uve changed ur oil n filter,do this.....do a proper tuning for ur auto transmission computer box(not engine ecu)
posibbily at a autho svc center n i think after that also do proper engine tuning n ur problem should be solved hopefully immediately.

to diagnose the problem... is yr car an Auto or manual?

when did u feel the loss of power?gradually? fuel injectors may be getting clogged up( 1 possible cause for yr car). i did ultrasonic cleaning for mine today. throttle response much better, can feel immediate pickup.
