NA engine for WIRA

Guys,

I need advice as i am thinking of changing my 1.5 wira engine to a 1.8

but not sure which would be good (power) but i am not thinking of a turbo charged engine.

4g93t. 1.8 turbo. a lot wira put this in.
i never test this engine b4 so no idea about it.
u can try 4g92 mivec which give u around 170bhp NA engine.
some ppl put evo 1-3 engine into wira also can.
or put vr4 engine also can.
for more info pls dont ask me cozs i got no experience with turbo.

remember to check the JPJ guidelines.
- engine capacity limits
-mounting modifications not allowed

a 1.6 mivec is nice, but you need to rev to make d power
a 1.8 has nice torque and decent horse power
a 1,8 mivec has the best of both worlds
a 2.0 probably cannot lepas JPJ, but shud have enough power

i have a balanced 1.8 in a wira 1.5.

don't forget to upgrade ur brakes and suspension 1st. all the power to go, but cannot stop is a good way to get a new car :P

yeah,
if want to install turbo engine u hv to check if JPJ can pass or not. heard jpj dont allow turbo engine transplant. u need a runner to settle for u.

go for gsr 1.8 bro.. i think this one is allow by jpj b'coz my car transplant njin from 1.3 to 1.6 can lepas..hehe..

if u don't want turbo powered engine,4g92 or 93 should be enough.

simple bro get a 1.8 (putra or mit)... used 1st fell the diff, then start to mod over size piston, higher com,mivec head then ecu, high cams and so on,

after u done all this try dyno, kurang kurang 140bhp....


take it step by step...if u wan i know just a place to do it.. very nice guy around gombak....


but if u looking for great bhp then i would say turbo lah!!!!! if u using the car on daily basic better na... can ajak vtec alll.....

bro,why don;t try find a wira GTI engine???ori got 142 HP already,,just modify a little,u can tapau Mivec in pick-up + high speed.
Engine rantai completed RM4500+/- only..
Mivec h/cut already RM7500+/-
the rest money buy high cam,high comp piston + E-manage...haha..
some Mivec not so power,,,many of my fren convert Mivec but end out change out engine and sold..
after we discuss,the big problem maybe the gearbox..so becareful when buy h/cut

aku bagi perfek brg2 mcm radiator,kipas, brake disk depan,aircon,wiring,ecu,air flow,flywheel, drive shaft, steering rack,air box ori.tapak engine dan brg2 yang loose la..lbh kurang mcm hafkat ler..head aku dah siap port n polish ni..korang cuma pasang dan jalan je.gearbox korang pkai balik la.. surat kastam korang kena tgu kete owner ni endorse dlu la sbb blok ni dari
proton putra.surat akan diuruskan secepat mungkin.
call je aku klu nak lebih tahu.harga aku letak dah murah cuma rm2.8k. brg ni dah mcm hafkat.hafkat skrg pun dah rm5k.ini siap blok 1.8 lagi.pastu siap japan metal gasket tau.plug n play je.pemasangan blh diuruskn dan upah pasang blh citer.engine masih ader dlm kete,so blh dgr dan try.location KFC JALAN KUCHAI LAMA JUALA LUMPUR.
