Negligent - the seller failed to inform you that the product is not legal and the seller itself failed to sell items that is compliance with the law.</p><p>4. Psychological scarring - everytime you see a cop, u piss in your pants, u feel like taking a cab for the rest of your life (the seller bears the cost)</p><p>5. Others.</p><p></p><p></p><p>This would make all the sellers be more cautious of what they are selling.... but this will also mean an economic disaster as 90% of the shops in Sunway would tutup kedai... whahahahaha</p></blockquote><p></p>
