so we need send the whole walki back to them ah? i think just battery problem wo. coz i use the problem battery put in both walki then got the sound, but i use another good battery put in both walki then no problem wo...

Now a days,we found that, there are a several cases regarding on a
low batt.operation for the Motorola Walkie-Talkie/Two Way Radio.We
are glad to share with you a correct way to recharge the battery
especially for the first time use.Pls.study the details as below:
(Pls.refer a picture that we provide in the attachment)

1. For the first time use.Pls.charge the battery for 16 hours non-
stop.kindly,proceed the single battery charging.Pls.refer
picture.This can help for a long lasting battery life.

2. For the second time/onward usage.kindly,recharge your battery
for a 14 hours non-stop.We suggest you to proceed with the single
charging procedure.But,we understand that most of us feel
uncomfortable to pull-up the battery from the set.So,you can charge
the battery together with the set.

3. Some of my customers ask which is the best way to re-charge the
battery whether in "ON" mode or "OFF" mode."ON" mode is the
situation where is your walkie talkie in a standby mode instead
of "OFF" mode.The answer is "OFF" mode.This will result for a 100%
complete charging.

4. Anyway,some of my customer use this set for a fixed
location.Means that they do not need to move a lot and put this set
at the office/room.We suggest them to always re-charge the battery
(condition where the set is "sitting" on the charger)Don't worry of
the over charging.Because the battery is design for the charging in
standby mode task.

5. Pls.proceed with a complete recharge 14 hours before doing
outdoor.Anyway,you may have a option to use external AA battery
size.It's easy to find the AA battery size at the outside and its
not expensive.so,don't become panic when you're facing with a low
batt.situation.

6. Don't worry because of the continuous "beep"sound.Pls.see
manual book page 21 under "Push to Talk Timeout Timer"

7. Pls.study the watt in a "Setting a Channel" at page 18 and the
table of "Channel and Frequencies" at page 19.So,that you can know
which channel that you can use to save the battery power.

8. We urged you to get a more powerfull NiCD battery pack 1000mh
(Not in the package-Sold separately).Existing customer will get a
special discount.Pls.contact us for more details.

10. The battery life is depends on how you charge them for the
first time use.The remains is depends on how you care the
battery.Most of my customer have a spare battery.Existing customer
can contact us to get a discount on a 700mh and 1000mh NiCD battery
pack.
