mild cam for my proton persona

dear all sifus and brother,


i got some enquiry to ask about mild cam,recently i got quoted rm 1400 for mild cam frm matspeed,the person frm matspeed told me this cam will solve your famous campro lag problem and besides give you more power it will likely to save petrol also.i want to ask all your opinion is if i buy the cam frm them,will my car fc be very high after installing the cam?he also mention he can adjust for me and the idling wont be not stable even though have no piggyback or management system,what do you guys think?anyone of you have any experience in using hi-cam?is it worth it?in my mind now i am thinking either i spend my money on hi-cam / piggy back / ecu-reflash,choose either 1 frm this or is it a must when i install hi-cam must have a good management system also?coz hi-cam + management system i think cheap cheap also need about rm 3k + dy,if only hi-cam can solve then i no need spend so much.

heheh...i know this as the "may-as-well" syndrome.

I'll put it this way...ideally you'd want your cams to be paired with adj. pulleys and management to get the best out of the whole setup, of course along with the initial IHE mod.

best just go for some form of management now
if u are wanting to spend 1500 then emanage blue should be good
u can also tune it to save some fuel by making the engine operate more efficiently
