Lowered spring tein vs tanabe

Hi, i ahli baru club nie.
I ingin minta pandangan ahli club yang lama lagi byk experience.
I tgh confuse samada nk amik lowered spring tein or tanabe,or others for my GL...

depends on the spring rate....last time i used tanabe cornering superb but a bit bumpy...people say that tein springs are not as hard as tanabe....
