yup i'm frm penang. working ere. prefer manual but not easy to find one. better jdm but got ej still concider. i need bodykit covert to 99 spec. engine don't care....... got B16 more better...

very hard to find in pg ... normal EJ i think got which is within ur budget but not the 99 body kit upgrade .. ur budget i dun think can get 99 spec body kit ... actually got one EK 2 door very nice man black but over ur budget ..

Nafaz, I'm from Penang also, & I just bought an EK 1999 with the Spec '99 bodykits it cost RM64k, infect it's still in the shop, it’s not out yet. So for budget around RM55k, u can only get '97 - '98. and '96 will be below RM50k. Anyway, so b4 I got it, I went to a lot of places that has EK up for sales, there's a place near Batu Lancang, I kinda forgot about the name of the shop, I'll get it for u after I go back to my office. Of all the places I went to, This EK '97 yrs there was my 1st choice coz I'm like u bro.... Manual Shift Sticks Only..!!!! Anyway, the no. plate on that car is....... PDW 8466 (might be wrong) but I confirm it’s a PDW 8xxx. So PDW is around October 1997 register. I dunno the manufacturing date. A few of my friends tested the car & gave a thumps up. The engine was still fine, interior well kept, outside ofcoz clean, everything looks original, no modding is on it now, and even the rims are original. Handling is nice and tyre & absorber still ok.
But here's the part that u won't see and the owner won’t tell.. , we found out that the car was previously lowed & has some scratches below. No harm has been done to the chassis though, the front left of the car has been in a slight accident b4(nothing serious dun worry). Besides these 2 things everything should be ok. But we all not very expert at Honda cars lah, maybe still has some problem we didn't find, but overall we think its worth it, Price at RM54,000. Here's how to get to the place, after u pass the Batu Lancang Market & Olympia College, at the end of the T junction turn right, then stick to ur left, the shop is at the left junction, u will see the civic there in the front row. I think now he has another new one, PDK xxxx I think. But the PDW one is still there, I went pass it 2 days ago.

Oh yeah, & the car isn't a spec 99, but u can convert to afterward whenever u like. Just like plug & play only.

lucky to you got EK9. last 2 weeks I had searching at KL. found 1 at kepong. the very very sui. but only bodykit 99 spec with very clean pearl white color.boleh jilat wooo... engine still virgin with EJ auto tranny. same price like u..... over budget la pulak. every month kena makan pasir la..... :thumpdown so now i need to find another one like that. my car scrap oledi. pi keja naik motor.... waaa.....where r u stay? keja mana?maybe sometime we can meet.

actually I found atleast 3 - 4 EK 2nd gen, but all over RM70k in Penang coz all of them r year 2000 - 2001. no need ler....
