IMHO
i'd go for HTC over LG anyday.
Lg's phones look good and seem to be good,
but in actual fact they give a lot of problems
and the user interface is Unbearable.
But if ur used to LG then go for it.
In terms of features, Lg's 3.5G
so video calling etc is possible.
but HTC has way cooler features like
pdf reader, handwriting recognition, etc
Your best choice would be to go to a shop and try out both the phones.
Have a feel of the phone, try the interface, and also see where the stylus fits on the LG.
cause the phone unveiled in communicAsia 08 from LG had no slot for the stylus.. Its to be stored in the carrying case, which is inconvenient.
It all depends what features you want from the phone.
in summary
LG - style with features
HTC-based more around features & user operability

the site above just compares the 2, but the votes are inaccurate as one came out way earlier then the other.

This is just my 2 cents.

my wife is using the iphone. im planning to get another phone for myself. i also tot of getting the new 3g iphone but will have to wait and see how... hopefully someone can crack the new iphone. Still subjective to new pricing also.

i most worry HTC is more like a trend instead of functuality. Anyway im not so hardcore mobile user. even current phone, i only exploit 25% of the total function availability. so no point getting too high end

iphone so far so good. basically the phone itself is pretty much useless junk but with tons of 3rd parties software support, it does seems powerfull. whahahahha...

its more on gimmicks phone. A phone with tons of stupid useless thinkg nice to see but not so really usefull.

Still im thinking to get one once spore launch or see how the rest 3g iphone doing. exploiting into every posibility
