so this phone can only be purchase and available in HK abt RM2000. too bad i am not making any trip to HK, pretty good spec and i dont mind the RED color.

wat do u mean by UNLOCKED. is it that when u buy it in HK, it is tie to a mobile operator like vodafone, and therefore hv to be unlocked to use a SIM card by either Maxis/Celcom/Digi, rite?

in HK..launched first in Japan vodafone...

I think UK also have but much more expensive there...i checked UK version cost HK$7800 so almost RM$4000...not worth


it is a good camera, mp3 player and video player....but red color too sharp..

badnews...it wont...only vodafone japan one got ppl go to unlock and not all models have unlock....that G-shock phone u mentioned is quite nice...KDDI and Docomo have very good phone but mostly on CDMA network and no one working to unlock them becoz of CDMA not popular outside japan and korea. P910i panasonic from KDDI is very cool also.

until today still nobody can unlock the 903sh japan spec successfully....and many ppl holding the 902t and 703sh waiting for unlock....so far onli 802se, 802sh and 902sh can totally unlocked.

if you buy those imported phone for japan they will have simlock becoz in japan mobile phone is selling at lower price..but even u breach the contract and pay the compensation to the mobile provider the simlock is still on...i duno really know why but it seems like japanese are very reluctant to export their JDM phone...u see panasonic mobile outside japan is very lauyah one but in japan their P910i is totally different story...most japan mobile have very stylish designs...high mega pixel camera, good music player capabilities and good display which can watch movie...actually last year dec japan market already launched 2mega pixel mobile phone..long before k750i and w800i hit the market...and casio and sharp launched 3.2megapixel camera phone last month....atleast ahead of the overseas market 6mths...

mine is buy in lower price with rebate by vodafone HK so have simlock..but if you want to buy it then just pay the full price which is around $2.5k RM then u can have a totally unlocked phone but cant garantee you can use all functions with other service provider

currently onli have 2 phone on hand... nokia N90 sold becoz i dun need that and its too cosy.

by the way I have saw the ipod nano last nite. my friend got his one from the dealer in hk...it looks like the size for ipod shuffle but with better quality material...quite a cool gadget..
