(Running Lights are turned on each time you switch on yourheadlamp so that your car can be seen by other road users whichis bright enough.)Those who can't really see, I suggest they get their eyes check and notendangering other road users on the road. Is adi very difficult to see when itis raining heavily, best not to cause further problem such as confusion to otherroad users by using hazard lights.
