How to reduce the exhaust sound?

Hi everyone.i'm seeking for some advise because i have bought a wira SE1.5 and i have made some modification onto it but now the car is driven by my fiancee so she complained to me bout the exhaust noise.i wanted to change to smaller ones but it will affect the power of the car and the sporty look.does silencer help?how much actually the silencer help?approximate how much?can somebody advise me?

silencer?a silencer is muffler in other words.as the word says..it SILENCES the noisy sound.

the bigger the muffler box, the better it reduce the noise

S-flow muffler also design to reduce noise.

if u using N1 style muffler, then u may need to add an additional "silencer"
which looks like a funnel that bolt on to the tip of your exhaust.
it acted as a silencer cuz it "shut up" your muffler.
reduce power or not. i'm not sure. but haven't heard anyone complain about silencer reduces power. Even if it does, i don't think its even noticeable on your 4G15P ;)
