How much power does my amp need?

I need some advice on amps. I have a Blaupunkt Component Speakers set TSC 650 rated RMS 60W. I intend to fix another 2 6-1/2 rear speakers. How much power does the amp require to power it up. There is a Kicker's 4 channel amp KX200.4 for sale but the RMS is only 35W per channel. Will it be under power or would it be ok..

No plans for sub yet.

Any advice would be much appreciated.

the power from that kicker amp would be ok for the 2 sets of components, i wouldnt worry about it....

Thanks Zenn. I ended up buying a 4 channel Profile 440SX with 50W RMS. Much cheaper.
