Then my friend had an offer by a guy( callman), he claimed himself is working with the a **** motors workshop at jln ipoh which is the panel workshop of the AIA insurance. My collegue had checked in the workshop n confirmed it was the panel workshop with the agen,then he passed his car personally with his father to the the ****workshop to claim the third party insurance from the car that hit him at the back. And about 7-8 days, his car had been repaired . THE CALLMAN ASKED HIM TO TAKE HIS CAR AT ANOTHER WORKSHOP AT KEPONG NEAR THE CEMETERY AREA.and everything seem going right....But after a month he had drove his car,he suddenly received a call from the workshop at kepong n told him that the car at the back didnt hav insurance covered. so they cant proceed the third party claim, and asked him either he should pay the repairing n adjustor fees or claim his OD claim.:confused_smile: My collegue was angry with them cos they hav to check both cars whether they hav insurance covered 1st before calling the adjustor or repairing his car. And nobody callto inform him before.So he refuse to make any payment cos of the mistake they had made.He quickly called the panel workshop 4 expaination y his car had sent to other workshop without his notice. The panel workshop said they will handle 4 him n check on thecallman who incharge.but unlucky, they had denied all the responsibilities and asked him to settle the payment by himself.They said that his car was never seen by them n that is no black & white to show that his car had sent to their workshop!!Damn....:baring_teeth: So anybody hav any advice or comment on this?
