Headunit from other countries

Hi guys,

Is anyone around has any idea is there any incompatible between headunit in Malaysia compare to unit from other countries, eg. US??? (will be installed in Malaysia). I'm currently in US. So, thinking of get one headunit back to Malaysia.

BTW, anyone has any opinion for the below units...
1. Pioneer DEH-P7750MP (DEH-P7700MP or DEH-P770MP Premier from US)
2. Sony CDX-F7700/7710S (CDX-F7715X from US)

It would be even helpful if anyone able to provide the price tag for these items sold in Malaysia.
