Good respone Turbo for S15??

Hello~Guys^ ^
I decide to do some mod on my S15,
Just wonder what kind of turbo want to put,i decide to have a good respone turbine.
Is it GT3037 from hks good enough ?? or any other turbo?

i'm in the mist of changing my toyo t1r now & considering to get a set of nu ones. i'm very happy with t1r except a bit soft sidewalls which sometimes u feel the rims are going out of the tyres during hard...
How to check Turbo/Super Charge from engine bay?
Would like to know how to tell between a NA, Turbo & Super Charged Engine just by looking at the engine bay?

I know the Turbo looks abit like a snail but normally how to spot a Turbo Charger & Super...
