1st : 3.230
2nd : 2.105
3rd : 1.458
4th : 1.107
5th : 0.848
FD : 4.400 (Final Drive)

Y1 Gearbox for EF8 / 9
1st : 3.166
2nd : 2.052
3rd : 1.416
4th : 1.103
5th : 0.870
FD : 4.266 (Final Drive)

Questions....
The bigger the numbers means??
How does Final Drive effect top speed/acceleration ?

Can anyone help me on this ?

Final drive gear reduces top speed and shorten the gears.. if you want to know how to calculate.. see this thread..

The bigger final drive number, the slower your top speed and vice versa.

Therefore, changing to a higher value final drive will give u lower top speed but better acceleration, as revs climb faster.

Try my spread sheet.... play around with your rpm value (Blue font color) and see how FD and gear ratio will effect you speed. The most important thing to see is, when rpm land after shift.

It also includes MFactory and ATS ratio... :regular_smile:

haha.. I also have.. made myself.. didn't post it though.. hmm.. now I know zth allows posting of items other than photos..

Didn't collect all the ratios though.. just collected the stock gear ratios.
