Fuel Consumption too high...???

Let's discuss...what are the facts that make our FC too high...

some of the problems or faulty parts that makes FC too high...

i) AFR no doing soo well
ii) O2 sensor need to be change
iii) tuning
iv) too rich
v) dirty TB
vi) piping clog, muffler@center bullet out of fiber...maybe i think...
vii) wiring problem

anything else...???

hmmm.. I'm curious to know point number 6 raised by chinozie. Clogged piping and centre bullet can cause bad FC meh? betul kar? atau semata-mata gurauan? ehehehehehehe! :shades_smile:

heee...too many carbon build up...air flow was restricted, not so smooth flowing...i think...hahahah that's why i want to discuss it...cuz right now my FC is RM10 - 55km/h only...too damn high...

If fuel pump spoilt got effect ar? Mine also FC too high.. Rm50 can go 300km only.. .. :(

I measure regularly...used to be rm 40 can go close to 300km(short distance) and 360km(long journey). Today i calculate rm 32 can do about 162km ...terrible.
Still searching for the culprit . Initially suspect ecu, but already repaired by sifoo Levin818.

how can my car rm 10 can go to 92km until mati engine at usj 9.hahahhahaha.somemore 2.2" piping straight flow n 2.5 inlet xzos..8mm fuel rail..still can manage to 92 km.itu betul2 abis..donola my meter ok or ko.but just change to meter levin panjang,ae91 fuel injection tank n sr20 fuel pump..

Driving 20v sure keep on rev 9 9 lar..4agze where got rev until so high?! As EFN said..too heavy liao lar u legs..
BTW..carbon build up at the bullet area will cause high fc?hm..sounds not really real..hehe..

My car the campion lar i think in minum petrol.....

RM50 can do 230km max, never on air cond somemore...........

i really give up oready, done so many things, but no diff...............
