Ford Focus MK3 2010 vs MK3 (FL) 2016

Hello guys,

I'm contemplating on the two cars above.

Ford Focus MK3 2010 comes with a 2.0 N/A + Ford Powershift (DCT)
Ford Focus MK3 2016 comes with a 1.5T + Conventional Auto Gearbox 6spd

Would love to know what are the major problems of the MK3 with DCT.. Very worried on the concerns of repairs upon buying it (second hand)

For the new 1.5T any owners here can share their opinions on the car as of now?

How is the fuel consumption ? ??KM/1L ?

Lastly, how expensive isit to maintain compared to say a Honda Civic ?

The Power shift DCT vibrates and is abit jerky at low speed. Like in traffic jam or moving from a complete stop. Other than that, it is very smooth and shift very quickly.

Maintenance, i think should be more or less the same la. Plus i remember Ford giving 5yrs free service right? Warranty also intact. If you worry about the maintenance, then buy the new 2016 MK3. At least you have full warranty and free service.

Im my humble opinion, i would actually got for the 2016 MK3. Tuuurrrrrboooooo POWAAAAAAHHHHH.......Road tax cheaper also....and also it comes with paddle shift...I hate the previous shift mechanism....
