Hi Fella!

I know I've seen this somewhere but I couldn't find it now. It's kind a lame question though.

Can anyone describe me about the Fairlady Z, Fairlady Z Version T, Fairlady Z Version S, and Fairlady Z Version ST, depend on the year make and please advise me the price range as well.

Cheers!

i have already post about this...

finally i found it..

just share it here...

A summary of how best to spot what spec JDM(Japanese Domestic Markets) you are dealing with:
- Standard/Base does not have Brembos, VDC(vehicle dynamics control), Bose, or Leather but does have TCS(traction control system) .
- T Version does not have Brembos or VDC, but does have Leather, TCS and Bose.
- S Version does not have Bose, leather or TCS, but does have VDC and Brembos.
- ST Version does not have TCS, but does have Brembos, VDC, Bose and Leather.
(Due to additional options or aftermarket parts a JDM may not match any of the above specs).

what is VDC for?
how come theres no version of the 350z that comes with everything?

i'm not sure wat VDC for...maybe it is some kind of system which related with aerodynamic....correct me if i'm wrong..

btw, for full spec..i think have...NISMO spec...it mus b full spec i think..besides, this specs only for japanese domestic market....

VDC is the traction control for 350Z and 350GT. There is a switch in the car to turn it off. By default it will be on all the time.

VDC also has a switch to be turned off.

Do NOT, I repeat simply turn off this switch, unless you can control skids very well, 350Z can easily slip if this button is off.

Drive safely and enjoy the 350Z ride.

yeah i've read bout this in some other forum...they also warn bout this..

n for me..this is important since this is 1st time i'm driving fairlady...need time to get used to it..

BTW, where is this TCS n VDC switch button located?

It's located near the button where you open your gas tank. Slightly above it. Dunno about TCS, but the VDC button is located as mentioned. Cheers.

What Pivot thing are you talking about? If its the voltage stabalizer, I have one in my car.

yeap...the most popular is voltage stabilizer...n also got another one with red in color...for sound perfomance...

so did the pivot voltage stabilizer really helpful?

still got other pivot stuff like spark earth...n etc which i dont remember....will edit my post when i remember it..

VDC(Vehicle dynamic control) also known as electronic stability system and TCS(traction control) they are both different thing.
VDC only appears on some higher spec manual 350z.

VDC must be the Dynamic Stability Control. TCS is only traction control but VDC would cover all functions from traction control to stability management.
