It depends on whether u want to buy taiwan stuff or original kit!
Of course taiwan made will be much more cheaper than original kit...around RM4-5K already can fully convert to 99 spec !!!

If I'm not mistaken, the 98 spec looks just the same like any 96 or 97 spec :)

Thats why they call it the 96-98 spec and 99-00 spec ler..
