Hi guys,

Anyone happen to know the recommended engine oil viscosity for DC5R as stated in the manual?
I don't have the manual and don't see any indication under the bonnet or oil cap.

Is it 5W30 or 10W40 or others?

I'm using 5W30 now and wondering if it's safe for the engine.

5w-30 is safe for ur car.i think it's suitable for ur hi revving engine.
even mugen came out with a more thinner grade oil.0w-20.

Prasath:
apparently, the K20 engine biggest restriction is in the air intake.
from the size of the airbox , to the ram pipe, to the throttle body, to the filter element, to the intake manifold, etc.

also a concern would be the heat soak effect on the air intake.

how's the new pads working out for you????

Tim:
Thats alot of factor man.....very hard to concentrate and mod each due to the limited space we have. I have been thinking of the cool air intake tube installation lately, but how to attach the hose (tube) since there is no space in the bay! i hope u understand what i mean. BTW, the pads are fine and thanks for the advice on that.
