Dashboard Care - Remove black mark

Just want to seek advice on how to remove stain / black remark from dashboard. I've tried using few leather & dashboard care product but the remark still remain as it was. Need your expert advice on how to handle this kind of problem or may be can suggest where is the place that can provide dashboard care / service.
