Duties and Responsibilities :
• Preparing, cooking and presenting food in line with required standards
• Ensure quality of food items to be prepared daily and minimise food wastage
• Keeping preparation at right level
• Making sure that food is served promptly
• Monitoring food production to ensure consistent quality and portion size
• Following relevant hygiene, health and safety guidelines
• Ensure fast and efficient service to guests
• To create a sound and strong relationship with all staff, and help develop their maximum potential
