Change gearbox

Hi proton and 4g91 gang sifus

Anybody can advise my..currently my proton wira used 4g91 engine with 1.3 gear box, used the cable...not the clutch pump. So i planned to change with 1.6 gearbox, anybody can tell me, is it the 1.6 gearbox can fix to my 4g91 engine?.

of course bro... even 4g63 also can use 1.3 gbx... as long its generation (like 4g91,92,93,63,61) all can fit bro...
nowadays it's really xpensive u know 1.6 gbx, really like treasure hunt... hehe, the price will above rm1k just for gbx only, if u get below that just grab it...

ok bro...thanks your advise....one more thing if i found the 1.6 gearbox, let say the gearbox maybe problem for gear one or two.....can i take out the final gear and fix to my old gearbox....somebody have done before?

bro,find a faultly 1.8 gearbox and champur lah,use your 1.3 gearbox,change out the 1st and 2nd gear to 1.8 one..got budget,change out final drive + racing clutch....sure can let ur car feel a big different..and u can change to clutch pump from the faulty gear box..

bro, nowadays many people search for gsr 4wd g/box..
it's very tough & price also ok
