hi all,

i got a cheque from EPF to reduce my housing loan. it is A/C payee only:mad: directly stated the bank's name. is it another way for me to cash the cheque?maybe someone in this forum got a 'kaki'?thanks in advance:love:

This mean u have to bank in your own account either saving or current account to wait for the cheque to clear, then only you can take the money out from your own account. No other way.

what i mean is the cheque is direct to my home loan account(A/C payee only) and not to my saving account. so sad lorr...:hmmmm: . how arr?

i heard from my client a EPF enforcer officer, he say this is the procedure, they want to prevent fraud case.

Then bank in to ur home loan account.Wat for u 1 to cash it??:hmmmm:

there's no way to go around it... it's the law stated by bank negara.. u screw with it, u'll end up in a cubicle bending over for dozens of pple lining up to screw yer butthole...

Nothing u can do.. just for repayment for the housing loan...
except ur loan have the withdraw facility then different talk...hehehehe

i get wat u mean bro.

u have no choice but to bank in to the bank. the bank will get the money to reduce ur house loan...

dragger,
If it's for your housing loan, I'd suggest you just leave the money to go into your housing loan account. Having been through some debts and some serious financial shit, you really won't want to drag your housing loan for so long. It's a lot better to clear your loan soonest possible and be financially free from any kind of loans.
