This is my 1st time car service at Sri Kembangan unforgetable!
i am driving a perodua Myvi. my car just 4 month old
i had attented the 1st service at Sri Kembangan... total Sum rm185.xx
the 1st attented to the service center i was very angry already...
coz early i had made a booking at 9.30am, so i went there at 9.15am once i get in to the service center no ppl was at the front desk... so i juz wait until 10am then got ppl stared to work.. then i walk front of the desk.. i ask the malay girl... where i put the service book.. she answer me sekejap... then i continue wait until 10.15am she was chating with her friend already i walk front to the desk and ask again where i can put my service book... then she said " letak kat sini la" (in rude way)... after 5min 10.20am
she said i had made a booking for u 2moro coz ur booking is at 9.30am but u come at 10am so we cant do the service for u. WTF
