i think normal fever and flu medicine no need... those more serious ones need lar... coz they dont want their customer ate their medicine and die the next day...
doctor's letter approval vr important ohh... especially to those who need to kill their grandpa to get the harta pusaka... lolz...

sighz..noy anything ler.. jz dono y nowadays when sleep my heart like pumping very fast like dat.. if sleep oso wil wake up around 3 den kenot sleep liao.. wtf leh...sighz.. tried everything i could.. drink alcohol b4 sleep and alll..doesnt seems to make much of a diff
