Thats a seat rail. aka 'tapak' for the seat to be tied to the car chasis.

The condition very nice, no tear or ciggy marks. Clean and nice. Sorry no other pictures. The height when fixed on the car depends on the seat rail used. If you want higher that can be adjusted. Need to modify the seat rail abit. I can arrange for that to be done. What car you driving?
