I had tried Tommy Kaira, Endless, and AP Racing all are also having the same noise when I step on the brake...I do admit that it is very irritating and sound like the brake is running out of pad already (as in normal OEM it is a warning sound).You can't see much brake dust in Endless as the pad is kind of heavy duty and tend to wear out much lesser than OEM pad. That's why the metal grinding sound come out whenever you step on the brake! I believe you had chosen the brake pad temperature range starting from 200* to 500* caused you have to warm it up before the brake really works as it supposed to be. On your next replacement set, go for 0* to 500* so that you don't have warm it up and much lessor braking noise also.
