RM400 for Tom as in Tommy Kaira brake pad? What brand of brake caliper are you using now?:hmmmm:

the mech says tom of UK. What pads were you used to use btw?

I am on stock brembo. Any suggestions?

Mine is Tommy Kaira brake caliper with rotor, so I stick with Tommy Kaira brake pad and sure can bite hard without any problems at all. Best of all, there are not much brake dust left on the wheels like the other that did. But not sure wether it can fits into Brembo caliper or not..... You can ask around wether it will fit or not as I still have 1 complete set front and rear that can let go for you cheap cheap as I no longer needed it anymore (sold me car already).

im using the standard nissan brakes. is it worth changing the brake disc? want to changed to drilled.
anybody changed before have any comments?
eg. brake disc cracking? read about it somewhere that it is more likely to crack.

Changed to endless brake bads about a month plus ago. So far so good, just that when heated up and when you go slow, it has squeeking sounds.

Compared to my original brembo pads, a lot more brake dust but no sound.

Endless - cheaper, less brake dust (dunno if this is a good thing or not), will have sound when you brake slowly.

Perhaps others can share their thoughts as well, those using endless brake pads.

Yo Ice, what's the model of your endless? Guess the price depends on the model.

So far, mine has got no squeeks but endless is known of squeeks tho. Stopping power is adequate for me. btw guys, i have another set of new endless up for grab. anyone interested, pm me.

Usually all after markets brake system sure will give you some noise when the brake is applied, and it is very normal! I had tried Tommy Kaira, Endless, and AP Racing all are also having the same noise when I step on the brake...I do admit that it is very irritating and sound like the brake is running out of pad already (as in normal OEM it is a warning sound).
You can't see much brake dust in Endless as the pad is kind of heavy duty and tend to wear out much lesser than OEM pad. That's why the metal grinding sound come out whenever you step on the brake! I believe you had chosen the brake pad temperature range starting from 200* to 500* caused you have to warm it up before the brake really works as it supposed to be. On your next replacement set, go for 0* to 500* so that you don't have warm it up and much lessor braking noise also. Have fun with those monster "abalone".....:burnout:  :burnout:

Tanx for the info. Learning more each day with all these great sharing of information. Hopefully we can meet up one of these days for TT and we can all learn more on the rides that we have. Cheers bro. :driver:
