evo3 engine help

using e3 engine.. standard
all gear are ok accept when 2nd gear .. rpm reach 4.5k car jerking,cannot go summore....
i already set my regulator from 3.2 to 3.8 bar.. still the same prob..

differences on garrett GT & HKS GT

any difference between garrett GT and hks GT. i was informed hks uses garrett based GT.

how much for twin GT2530 ? are these turbos good for 450bhp+ rb26dett?
