AUDI TT quattro

Hi guys, not sure if this was a wrong section of the forum to post or not but I guess I'll try. Sorry if it was wrong. Okay apparently my dad's audi tt quattro has a spoilt rear axle or something like that. And according to the mechanics he has to change the gearbox. A new one would cost a bomb though. So is this true? If it is anyone has connection with audi tt spart part dealers? For audi tt quattro year 99. Thanks in advance =)

Has your father approached the local Audi folks?

haha yeah he did. euromobil or something like that. they dont have any spare parts either =( gotta import a new one which cost really high. Dammit i was so wishing to get my hands on that steering wheel. oh well...

Try Premium Automobiles in Singapore.

They have a wider range of spare parts for Audi's and i managed to buy the iPod interface for my A4 off them much cheaper than it was going for down here.

Good luck with that. Audi's are expensive to maintain and still not as fun to drive as BMW's. :D
