YES! it comes with the apexi stand as well. I just don't stick it in the car (original pre-cut 3M tape still unused). Thats why picture show no stand.

what is an SAFC for ar??

An SAFC is a Super Air Flow Converter. (i think.... haha). Anyway.. it is a piggyback engine management system that modify's the fuel curve by intercepting and altering electronic signals to the car's ECU. So.. it can +-20% more fuel at different RPM points (12 points for SAFC2 and 8 points for SAFC1). Something like that la... for clearer explaination go check their website. Or even better.... buy it from me and you will learn about it first hand!!
