Need ur help here, My satria 1.6 4G92 Sohc 1st gear max can only go 20kmh or 25kmh where the RPM already at 5K or 6K. the same goes to my 2st gear, max can only go 30kmh or 35kmh. In english my 1st gear and 2gear cant tarik (no power) why?

If i push my 1st gear to 5K or 6K RPM, the car max can go is 25 sure below 30kmh when i tukar to 2st gear, the car will push back then only go forward, why.

I try my kelisa or my friends satria 1.3 or 1.5 dont have this kind of problem also where their can tarik more then 30kmh with 1st gear.

Can anyone tell me what's wrong.. I have change my clutch to exedy Clutch and clutch plate. still the same problem..

Please help

Thanks
muff

I think is the setting for ur car, need to be tune by professionals shop. Coz ur gear ratio is lock down to 1st gear --30km 2nd gear--40km can be tune, computer problem. It have been set so. not major problem. Go for Tune Shop and ask for solution, sure u satisfy with it

boy, i dont know gear ratios can be tuned and optimised using computer...

is it happened when you half throttle or full throttle?

check your clutch clearance...maybe they adjusted too high until it touches the clutch cover, resulting it slightly opened and slipped.

did you change your oil seal as well when they change the set? maybe there are some oil residues that made your clutch slip.

this muffin guy been posting many many times liao. kesian him.

just keep on asking more mechanics la, sure can fix.

heard of this problem b4 from my fren and previous postings

1) timing belt going to give way (this is serious!!!!)
2) clutch slipping

go get a check-up

Computer Adjusted Gear Ratios?

Hmmm....

Yes also think that its your clutch thats slipping...bring it back to the shop you got the clutch changed at....get them to check. Your Satria is definately not acting as it should.
