Any price changes after may 2006

Hi guys, I have a few Qs here and perhaps anybody can give me the answer:

-I just wondering is there any car price changes after May2006????...
-and can anybody give the rough figure the interest rate for new and used car less than 7-10 years???.... I check at nearby bank, the interest rate is different form bank to bank....
-and one more thing is it true, car dealer can give better deal with the bank comparing with the buyer deal with the bank???? ......
