adjustable fuel regulator

My car seems to have problem :
1. Seems like my 4G92P engine tersengguk2 dan macm nak mati enjinnya .
2. Reading on the fuel pressure meter at the adj fuel regulator not stable.

So need all the expert fren to tackle what happen to my car.
For ur info i just change my oil tank but the oil pump still i use the old one. Also i am using Hi-cam. So need all your help to solve my problem. Tq

Better you change fuel filter first...maybe your "new" fuel tank had some dirt or etc..

I dont know how to spell it what i suspect is the sowa gear...i think...
