wat type of oil u guys usaully put in this part ( that i circle ) and how bout that part together with gear box, i think is called tranfer box....?

Yup called transfer box / case....just put gear oil...

This is the front diff. Put gear oil in it. GL-5 85W-90 will do.

Transfer case. Use ATF.
