Tyre on front and rear

Hi all, my car is FF, is there any problem if i use different series and brand for front and rear set? eg: 2 x continental, and 2 x toyo.

the reason is my rear set is almost botak, so i plan to use cheaper tyre to...

1) what is the fuel consumption of an EVO 9?
2) will EVO 9 hard to take care ? like nid oways go to repair (coz i hear ppl said tat evo so small...
