4g93t with EVo 4 turbine

Any sifus out there done this mod before? I'm having problems with getting the boost idle. I'm aware that the evo4's tubine is a twin-scroll turbocharger and i have reposition it to suit my engine's orientation. ECU, all internal parts are still stock standard gsr except for some mild modifications, eg intake manifold, turbo manifold, 2.5" exhaust, k&n air filters, evo 7 intercooler. Any idea on future modifications? I'm planning to get bigger injectors, fuel pump and a piggy back ECU.
