When diagnostic connector terminal 10 and the ignition timing adjustment connector are both grounded, the ECU goes into "basic idle speed adjustment" mode rather than "basic ignition timing" mode."</p><p></p><p>before that, I adjust timing without engine start, but that day I turn it when engine is on, it could be ECU mess up with the signal, and refuse to start engine.</p></blockquote><p></p>
